The humanitarian crisis currently affecting Europe is closely impacting some of the countries where Inter Campus operates, namely Romania, Poland, and Hungary. Here, local partners immediately came together and spontaneously made themselves available to provide initial forms of welcome and solidarity actions. This is the case of the Jadwiga Association in Krakow, Poland, which for the past few days has been caring for Ukrainian families, primarily mothers and children. Some children have already pulled on the Nerazzurri jersey and begun participating in sports activities, which can represent a moment of comfort and serenity.

Different, but no less important, forms of solidarity have been implemented by the Love is the Answer Association and the Inima Pentru Inima Foundation, partners of Inter Campus Hungary and Inter Campus Romania respectively. They have been active in bringing basic necessities, such as blankets, food, and medicine, to refugees who have arrived at the borders of the two countries. These actions go beyond the sports projects active for years, but their importance at this moment is absolutely primary.
