Founded in 1872, Pirelli is one of the world’s biggest tyre manufacturers specialising in high performance and ultra-high performance tyres. Pirelli first began supporting Inter Campus in 1997 and boasts a long tradition in the sports world. Over the years it has worked on initiatives in cycling, athletics, football – most notably as sponsor of FC Internazionale Milano – and motorsports, holding a prestigious position as the exclusive supplier to Formula 1. This tradition came about not only as a way of growing the brand, but also because Pirelli shares many values that are associated with sport, such as discipline, tenacity, passion, teamwork, competition and motivation.
