Feyenoord, Werder Bremen, Hibernian FC, Charlton Athletic, and Inter with the Inter Campus Angola project: these are the clubs that have been involved for over a year in the FAIRPLAY project, developed by the University of Rotterdam’s Child Psychology Department. Inter Campus Hungary is now joining them, and together with these clubs, it will participate in the development of a new educational method based on the concepts of resilience and life-skills, to be applied and integrated into their socio-sporting activities. Continuous and regular impact analyses will serve to monitor and evaluate the progress of the children involved in the research work.

In Hungary, the usual summer camp is currently underway, coordinated by our partner Love is the Answer, bringing together all the children from the Hungarian project for a week of sport and socializing. This is the perfect opportunity to subject the children to one of the monitoring analyses planned throughout the research period. Launched in 2010, Inter Campus Hungary is active in three sites (Budapest, Szendrolad, and most recently Debrecen) and involves 100 children, working on multiple social objectives such as integration between Roma and Hungarian children and support for orphaned or abandoned children currently residing in Ceppsko, an orphanage in the Hungarian capital.
