Tel Aviv – The emergency situation – linked to the Coronavirus – is slowly and progressively returning to normality, both in Israel and Palestine: offices, commercial activities, parks, and schools are reopening.
Training sessions are not yet permitted – only individual sports activities – but with the hope of returning to the field, safely and cautiously, to play football together.
This critical period, which seems to be slowly subsiding, has been, as Yasha and Jasmine told us, an opportunity to alleviate internal distances and difficulties due to the socio-political situation in the country.
Despite the continuous development and change, from all economic, political, and social points of view in the country, Inter Campus Israel and Palestine has managed to follow its course, navigating difficult and less difficult moments and believing and trusting in the strength and substance of the project: significant resources, thanks to our great leadership; unity and sharing among local partners, PMs, and the technical team; inclusion of families and extraordinary aid such as that from the partner who donated PCs to refugee children in Tel Aviv, which today more than ever serve as a means of virtual aggregation and an opportunity for play and learning, as well as a moment and tool for happiness!
